Shamim Ahmed, a lawyer by profession joined the firm in the year 1974 and since then has been associated with the firm in various capacities. He has extensive professional experience in handling Direct Tax matters of domestic companies & individuals.
Apart from being a multi-disciplinary professional, he has over the years developed expertise in domestic taxation and has since assisted the firms' clients on numerous tax strategies and tax policies. He is representing the firms' clients before various levels of tax forums – be it the first level assessment stage or the appellate forum at Commissioner (Appeals). He is member of various local committee of professional interest. He volunteers through Rotary International and is an active member of Rotary International.
